Hardy Holding Group is the management organization for two heavy-highway/heavy-civil construction companies in the Midwest. One of those companies, Phillips Hardy Inc., based in Columbia, Missouri, is looking for Heavy Equipment Operators for our crews in Central Arkansas working on projects in Hot Springs and Stuttgart.

What we need:
- Self-management skills - ability to receive instructions and complete tasks efficiently and effectively
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as Caterpillar 140 H and 140 M Joystick.
- Familiarity with grade control
- Responsibility - consistently complete daily visuals, clean/grease equipment, etc., and report maintenance concerns to Superintendent
- Preferred Certification: OSHA 10 Hour

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Experience:
- road & bridge construction: 2 years (Preferred)
- Heavy equipment operation: 5 years (Preferred)
- Grader operation: 5 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- OSHA 10 (Preferred)
- Driver's License (Required)
