The ideal candidate will have previous MOC experience in order to manage, support, train and create reports. You will be the go-to for anything MOC! If this is you, we'd love to hear from you.

Hargrove Engineers is looking for a Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator for a project in Coffeyville, KS. Responsibilities
Perform Management of change (MOC) audits.
- Oversee and manage the site's Management of Change (MOC) process for fixed equipment engineering packages for 2025 Turnaround
- Ensure the MOC process is compliant with OSHA regulations, company required standards and site procedures.
- Work closely with site personnel to ensure proper implementation of the MOC process and ongoing maintenance of process safety information (PSI).
- Provide support for MOC issues and questions.
- Perform QA/QC reviews of ongoing jobs requiring MOCs and ensure resolution of any identified issues.
- Work to understand deficiencies, make improvements, and drive continuous improvement for every ongoing MOC.
- Pick up comments and issue revisions to engineering packages. Requiring MOC
- Participate in PSSR (Pre-start up Safety Reviews) walkdowns to ensure that changes are implemented as designed
- Steward, improve, audit and train others on MOC procedure
- Provide oversight and interpretation of the MOC process
- Support Operations, Inspection, Capital Projects and Turnaround teams with MOC related questions and requests
- Update Turnaround MOC list
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering required , and 2 years work experience in Fixed Equipment in the refining and/or chemical industry
- Computer proficient, including intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Windows, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Willingness to work in a refinery setting, including performing field walk-downs; Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact and work in a team environment
- Effective facilitation skills, should be able to facilitate group discussions
- Basic knowledge of OSHA PSM and RMP regulations. Able to review and understand PSM and engineering documents (including P&IDs, PFDs, and other PSI)
- Strong Safety focus.
- Bachelor's degree in a Mechanical Engineering with focus in sold mechanics and strength of materials
- Previous experience with MOC
- 5 years work experience in Fixed Equipment in the refining and/or chemical industry
- Basic knowledge of refinery operations and process safety hazards associated with refinery operations
