Harmony Biosciences is recruiting for a Specialty Territory Manager to cover the Flint, MI region. In this role you will be asked to meet and exceed the sales goals in your respective geography. You will need to be a specialist in championing scientific and clinical information of Harmony Biosciences products to ensure that you are viewed as a clinical expert and become a valued source of information for healthcare professionals (HCPs) and their staff. You will also be expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, competency and to operate in a compliant manner at all times while achieving your respective objectives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Ensure successful, compliant selling activities of Harmony Biosciences, LLC products
• Develop business plans for your specific territory and execute all sales and marketing business strategies aligned with Harmony corporate objectives
• Effectively manage a territory call plan with varying customer reach and frequency requirements; leverage sales data and analytics to optimize territory call plan to achieve established business objectives
• Share best practices and actively participate in Launch, Regional and National meetings
• Collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization in support of your business objectives
• Operate as a team player, cooperating with partners and internal/external colleagues to reach common goals
• Responsible for operating the company motor vehicle using safe driving practices, knowledge of and compliance with all company policies, and obeying all traffic laws

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations or Scientific or related field required
• 5 years pharmaceutical/biotechnology sales experience required; preferably within the rare disease space including product launch(es); sleep medicine, CNS preferred
• Ability to interpret market research, data, and sales analytics to develop a territory business plan to achieve territory business objectives
• Ability to develop strategic long-term relationships with customers aimed at helping patients and achieving business results.
• Must live in the territory
• Must be properly licensed and able to safely operate and drive an automobile in order to perform duties associated with role: must have a valid driver's license issued in the U.S and a driving record deemed safe by the company

Physical demands and work environment:

• Travel is estimated to be up to 10% of the time to attend meetings on a local and national basis and training sessions
• Manual dexterity required to use computers, tablets, and cell phone.
