What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mid-Level SharePoint Administrator position at HarmonyTech?
HarmonyTech is seeking a Mid-level SharePoint Administrator with proficiency is administration of SharePoint, developing automated business process solutions using SharePoint Designer, workflow and InfoPath forms.
The successful Mid-level SharePoint Administrator candidate should be able to perform or exhibit proficiency in the following:
- Provide all activities related to the administration of SharePoint (2010/2013/2016) sites
- Develop automated business process solutions
- Conduct content migration and regular content management
- Experienced with governance automation tools
- Design, create, and maintain content in the SharePoint environment
- Able to communicate with management, technicians, and end-users to evaluate need prior to development of an automated solution
- Develop business intelligence tools
- Prepare detailed reports which might include system requirements such as concurrent usage factors, data storage requirements, and discuss procedures for processing data through the use of the SharePoint site
- Create and maintain custom workflows
- Familiar with principles of taxonomy
- Project long-range requirements for SharePoint administration and design
- Conduct quality control and auditing of the data in the SharePoint environment to ensure its accurate and appropriate use
- Advise users on SharePoint data schemes. Designs, implements, and maintains complex data structures within SharePoint
- Evaluate data design tradeoffs, impacts on user expectations, performance levels, and space allocation requirements. (such as use of folders and metadata tagging )
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of an Associates Degree and 4+ years of experience.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- SharePoint Designer and familiarity with InfoPath
- Experience with knowledge management practices
- Experience with requirements analysis and business process improvement
- Strong outreach and stakeholder management skills
- Federal Government contracting experience
- Clearance Requirements:
- Mid-level SharePoint Administrator Position requires US Citizenship / Background Investigation required to attain favorable entry on duty (EOD)
