We are excited to announce a new opportunity to join the Harris Doyle Team! We are seeking a Humble, Hungry, & Smart individual to add their talents to our organization for communities throughout the Auburn/Opelika Area.
If you are a new or already licensed agent, this is a fantastic opportunity. Although a real estate license is not required to apply, you must be willing to earn your license upon hire.
Performance Objectives:
The primary responsibility of the New Home Sales Consultant is to facilitate the sale of new homes, both pre-sale and Quick Move, with an unwavering focus on the customer.
- Commit to maintaining model home hours
· Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
· Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
· Close of business is shortened to 5:00 p.m. during Daylight Savings Time
- Manage the sales process and provide excellent customer service
- Work with Online Sales Consultant to move customers through the sales pipelines
- Source new customers - help customers find their dream home and ensure a smooth sales process
- Effectively present and communicate a variety of floor plans, features, and options
- Uncover and understand the customer’s goals and then establish HD as the best solution
- Overcome objections and close the sale
- Maintain accurate documentation of transaction from beginning of sale through the closing process, including listing documents
- Help create and manage community marketing plan
- Network and perform outreach to outside real estate agents and brokerages
- Work with Community Builder to perform weekly calls to HD customers
- Maintain and manage database of prospects in HubSpot
- Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner
- Develop and maintain good rapport with customers and increase the goodwill of the company
Qualifications:
- Effective communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- HubSpot experience preferred
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Prior sales experience (3 years)
- Previous customer service experience required
Days / Hours:
Expected Hours: Wednesday – Saturday: 11:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Sunday: 12:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. (shortened hours during daylight savings)
* The New Home Consultant will prepare their monthly
schedule with management.
