Responsibilities:
Oversees day-to-day operations of the department
Manage plant maintenance employees and activities
Accesses building systems to plan work assignments and project schedules
Identify and resolve recurring equipment problems
Set up Preventive Maintenance activities
Qualifications
Basic Computer Skills
Knowledge of skill
Manage Projects and Budgets
Communicate effectively both in writing and orally
Work Effectively within teams
Be available to work all shifts
Experience in PM development, leadership skills, PLC experience, troubleshooting skills, and strong people skills. 5 years of maintenance background, 2-3 years in maintenance management, preferably in a union food manufacturing environment. Ammonia refrigeration experience is a plus.
