Harrogate has a rare opportunity for for an experienced sales professional to work in the industry of senior living as a Lifecare Consultant. As Lifecare Consultant, you are responsible for the sales and closing activity of available independent living apartment inventory within our upscale, lifespan community. The Lifecare Consultant represents the Harrogate community to prospective residents and manages the occupancy process from first inquiry to residency through effective representation, negotiation and promotion to the individual consumer and influencers. This position offers a base salary with a generous commission structure. Generally hours are 9 to 5. Participation in the weekend rotation among the sales team is required to cover weekend activity. A proven background of successful sales is required as well as desire to work with the senior population. Some travel is required.
