Job Overview:
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be Property & Casualty licensed and responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or issues
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and order information
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Analyze customer needs and recommend products or services that best fit their requirements
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
Skills:
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
