Position Overview: As a Kitchen and Bath Designer, you will play a key role in helping our guests bring their dream kitchens and bathrooms to life. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide design consultations, and create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen and bath designs using our extensive range of products.
Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
- Collaborate with guests to understand their preferences, lifestyle, and budget for kitchen and bath projects.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess space, measure dimensions, and gather essential information.
- Design Development:
- Create detailed and customized kitchen and bath designs using 20/20 Design software.
- Present design concepts to clients, considering functionality, aesthetics, and product specifications.
- Modify designs based on client feedback to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Product Knowledge:
- Stay informed about the latest trends, materials, and technologies in kitchen and bath design.
- Provide expert advice on product selection, including cabinetry, countertops, fixtures, and accessories.
- Sales and Project Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless project execution from design to product selection and purchase.
- Assist guests in making informed decisions by explaining product features, benefits, and installation requirements.
- Customer Service:
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and purchase process.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Kitchen and Bath Designer or in a related role.
- Strong proficiency in 20/20 software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of kitchen and bath products, materials, and industry trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Relevant certifications in kitchen and bath design are a plus.
Job Particulars
Ability to work a minimum of 1 closing shift until 7pm and Saturdays on sales floor

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
