Children's Ministry Director/Office Administrator

Job Overview:
The Children’s Director/Office Administrator’s purpose is twofold. As for the first portion as Children’s Director, they will provide leadership, vision, and direction that creates a life-giving atmosphere of vibrant and enticing discipleship and evangelism for the children, parents, and children’s ministry team of Harvest Point Church. They are responsible for planning, facilitating, and staffing Sunday morning children’s experiences and other special events.

As for the second portion as Office Administrator, they will provide a high-level of administrative and management support for Harvest Point Church during the week. They will collaborate with other staff and church leadership to provide care for and an overall experience to those at Harvest Point and the community.

Experience and Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate the Gospel as it aligns with the beliefs and theology in accordance with the Congregational Methodist Church Statement of Doctrine (https://cm-church.org/about-us/statement-of-doctrine/) through various means to children of various ages

- Leadership background and experience serving with children

- Ability and experience leading volunteers

- Project management experience

- Exceptional leadership, communication & interpersonal skills working with a variety of people from volunteers to church members of all ages

- Solid theological grounding

- Ability to supervise multiple projects effectively

- Computer competency

- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to maintain a focus on excellence with attention to detail

- Ability to create, analyze and maintain budgets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
