THE OPPORTUNITY:
Do you have experience upkeeping websites built on platforms like Wordpress, Squarespace, Hubspot, Shopify or Wix? Are you looking for a legitimate digital marketing role on a robust marketing team? The Digital Marketing Specialist – Website role is a key part of our digital marketing team. In this role you will be exposed to the front lines of CMS website management and upkeep as you participate and contribute to everything from ideation, ongoing development, testing and post-launch support alongside the Digital Marketing Manager to whom this role reports. Additionally, you will work cross-functionally with our product marketing team to coordinate and execute new product launches several times a year.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Coordinate and execute website launches and updates in partnership with the Product Marketing Team.
- Lead comprehensive pre-launch testing of site functionalities and data efficacy.
- Partner with the content marketing team to identify new and innovative ways to reach our end users.
- Leverage our marketing automation and personalization software to implement these strategies.
- Administer the creation, testing, and maintenance of website form handlers.
- Work with the Product Marketing Team to create the category planning file and then build out the categories within the CMS.
- Build and upkeep website email templates to support form submissions.
- Assist with new website development including customizing theme settings, partnering with developers for functionality implementation and testing.
- Help coordinate and bring about new efforts to expand the digital footprint of our brands in the marketplace using new and existing platforms.
YOU’LL BRING:
- Experience targeting Canadian digital markets.
- Experience with Optimizely/EPiServer's CMS and Ecommerce platforms, Pardot Marketing Automation Software, Jira and customer service a plus.
- A passion for learning about new website platforms, best practices for pre-launch testing and a can-do, curious attitude needed to troubleshoot and triage technical challenges.
- An eagerness to bring to life products on our industry-leading websites with a specific attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Experience working in web Content Management System such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, HubSpot, Shopify, etc.
- Practice planning and implementing website projects preferred
- Understanding of user tracking implementation and analytics, as well as digital privacy best practices.
- Prior exposure to basic website third-party integrations.
WHERE YOU’LL WORK:
- The Marketing Team is quite flexible supporting this position in a Remote or Hybrid nature. You’ll be able to coordinate with your supervisor to create a schedule that works best for you and the team.
- While mainly a Remote role, expect occasional visits to Rowley, MA for team collaboration.
