What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Hathaway Partners?
A growing foundry company is looking for some good Maintenance Technicians. They need some people that have PLC experience, Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, and electrical equipment.
2nd shift 3pm - 11pm
3rd Shift 11pm - 7am
Other skills needed:
- Welding
- Machinery alignment, installation, repair
- Precise fitting of bearings, gears and shafts, motors, couplings
- Vibration analysis
- Blueprint reading, electrical and mechanical design
- Conveyors, carousels, ASRS systems, monorails, bulk conveyors
- Pumps, valves, and seals
- Material handling, SDS and the ability to follow safety procedures and work safely.

- Motors
- HMI's
- Variable frequency drives
- Electronic/electrical troubleshooting
- Process control loops
