Description: Haun Welding Supply has an immediate opening for a Sales Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be supporting the Specialty Gases Sales Team.
The primary function of the Sales Coordinator is to assist sales management and the sales team in providing exceptional customer service to our customers. The ideal candidate will become an integral part of the sales team; coordinating sales activities, maintaining competitive data, gaining knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional service to our current and future customers. The Sales Coordinator will work closely with several departments within Haun Welding Supply.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self-starter who has exceptional administrative skills and a strong desire to join a company that is a leader within the industry.
The sales coordinator is responsible for the following and more:
- Create and process orders for wholesale customers
- Prepare documents for sales team to help the sales team analyze performance and goals
- Liaison for external and internal customers
- Providing administrative support to sales team allowing the team to focus on retention of existing customer base while targeting new clients in order to foster continuous growth
- Maintain master lists for the sales team
- Effectively communicate with sales team on upcoming events and promotions
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or Bachelor's Degree a plus
- At least 2 years of Administrative Experience in a fast paced environment
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- Excellent Customer Service Sills; demonstrated ability to forge effective relationships with internal and external customers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to perform your duties and responsibilities following the Haun Values; Helpful, Humble, Heart-driven and Honest
