Hauni Richmond, Inc., a Sales and Service Company serving the North American Tobacco Industry, has an outstanding career opportunity available for an Account Administrator to join our team. As an Account Administrator, you will be working in the Order Processing Management department with the Manager, Order Processing in the servicing our customers’ orders and providing customer service.
Your role in our team
- You will process, review, and follow up on sales orders.
- You will enter and expedite orders to satisfy customer requirements.
- You will allocate parts when demand is greater than supply.
- You will assist in Körber AG order processing.
- You will analyze demand/usage and recommend/inform Inventory Control of matters affecting inventory levels.
- You will communicate (in writing and verbally) with assigned account contact on matters concerning total transactions, including information requests, quotations, purchase orders, shipping schedules, billing, and problem areas.
- You will keep management informed on matters affecting department operations.
Your profile
- You have at least two years of a college education or an Associate’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- You have a minimum of two years of work experience in customer relations.
- You have SAP exposure/experience
- You have good communication and organizational skills
- You have strong analytical abilities
- Your personality is conducive to maintaining excellent customers relations.
- You are able to read technical drawings.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office with Word, Excel and Access.
