Haven is seeking a Clinical Manager to direct, supervise, and evaluate the activities of the clinical area for our Riverview Office. The optimal candidate will be a team player, well organized, enjoy mentoring, and strive for growth and excellence. Home Health experience is required.

What You Would be Responsible for:
- Evaluation, oversight, and management of patients and potential patient care
- QA of all clinical documentation with a thorough understanding of Oasis
- Excellence in management of PDGM
- Understanding QAPI/Emergency Management/Metric analysis
- Understanding and experience of the Accreditation and survey process to include Medicare COPs, all state and federal guidelines.
- Participation in DON/Metric/Revenue/Educational meetings.
- Team leader of case conferences and staff meetings.
Haven Qualification Standards:
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
- Currently licensed in the state of the HHA
- Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
- A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Responsible and compassionate
- Outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Patient with excellent problem-solving skills
- At least two (2) years of Home Care experience with at least one (1) year supervisory preferred
