Haven Spa is a luxury spa in the historical village of Rhinebeck, NY. Servicing clients from the entire Hudson Valley as well as a large travel population for over 20 years. We are looking to hire a full-time Front Desk Spa Concierge who is available on weekends and knowledgeable in the hospitality industry who enjoys working within a team environment. The position includes, but is not limited to:
- Handling of multiple guests, booking requests and telephone lines simultaneously while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Maintain knowledge of spa features/services and hours of operation.
- Ensure smooth daily operation of the Spa.
- Accurately book, change and cancel spa appointments.
- Responsible for checking in appointments, selling of retail, answering any client questions concerning the Spa environment by phone, in person and with staff.
- Promote Spa products and services.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as needed.
- Communicate to upper management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

Job Requirements:
- Must have extremely strong customer service and experience in the spa or hospitality industry.
- Bright, enthusiastic individual with strong public relations and communication skills.
- Must be people-oriented with a positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Must be a team player with a strong work ethic.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to work weekends, flexible hours and holidays.
- Minimum two years of experience in customer service/hospitality industry, preferably with a spa background.
- Proficient in word, excel and database entry. Retail experience is a plus.
