Havenwood Heritage Heights is seeking a Full-Time IT Specialist with outstanding customer service to join our team!
This position is responsible for ensuring the organization’s Information Technology (IT) equipment and infrastructure are properly functional on both campuses. This position is responsible for break/fix activities as well as new equipment installation.
Responsibilities: Responsible for configuration, set-up, repair and inventorying of various hardware devices.
· Scanners, Printers, Plotter and Copiers
· IPhones, IPads, IP telephony system (CM)
· PCs, Laptops, Kiosks
· Time Clocks, Surveillance Cameras, Console operations, TV installations
Qualifications: Minimum three (3) years hardware evaluation, acquisition, installation and maintenance experience required. Minimum three (3) years of experience with technical problem resolution and support required. Minimum two (2) years of experience in application system configuration and set-up required. A technology-oriented Bachelor’s Degree is desirable. Providing outstanding customer service to our leaders, employees and residents within a professional setting required.
- Responsible for problem resolution of computer applications, network processes, hardware, and other technical issues. Responsible for maintaining hardware at assigned locations. Responsible for recommendations on upgrading the servers and other equipment at the corporate facilities. Responsible for first line support. Responsible for evaluation and recommendations of hardware to be used. Responsible for supporting VM Server operation including Active Directory, and Exchange.
