Job Role: Data Analyst - Cloud Data Warehouse in Azure Synapse.
Location: Preferred Hybrid HDQ-Washington DC, VA (Remote possible)

Job Description:
• Data analyst and designer for a large enterprise Cloud Data Warehouse in Azure Synapse.
• Create data pipeline designs, source to target mappings, and data models.
• Knowledge of data engineering requirements and design practices including fact qualifier matrices, dimensional modeling, business questions
• Investigate data quality, perform data profiling, and understand the meaning of complex operational data.
• Strong relationship and communication skills to collaborate and document end-users needs.
• Work directly with our end users to apply data and analytics to business challenges.
• Gather, analyze and document requirements for data engineering projects.
• Support integration and user acceptance testing.
• Required Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills. Data modeling experience. Data warehousing.
• Desired Technical Skills: Azure Synapse, Databricks, PySpark, Python, Erwin, Uber Agent.
• Helpful: Retail bank experience, PowerBI, Tableau.
