Human Resources Coordinator

THE POSITION
The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to the Human Resources department and all Hawken School employees. The Human Resources Coordinator will support the Human Resources Manager by providing services for all HR deliverables including benefits, strategic development, employee morale and retention, investigations, legal and administrative requirements, coaching and counseling, and training. This position will play a vital role in creating and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

THE SCHOOL
