Position Summary:
The Placement Coordinator is responsible for supporting Jet Aviation Staffing’s talent acquisition team in their efforts to attract, assess, select, hire, and onboard new employees for Jet Aviation Flight Services. In addition, this position will support all of Jet Aviation Staffing from an administrative perspective.
Minimum Requirements:
At least one-year related experience in a similar recruiting coordinator role
Ability to properly and efficiently review new hire paperwork to ensure accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
Strong customer focused
Excellent time management and follow up skills
Proficiency working in a PC-based work environment to include advanced MS Office Suite knowledge
Applicant tracking database experience needed

Main Responsibilities:
Coordinates candidate interviews with hiring managers. Prepares and confirms all interview logistics and communicates details to candidates
Sets up interviews with hiring managers using calendar management
Administers candidate assessments.
Prepares candidate offer letters
Initiates, tracks and finalizes pre-employment background/drug testing
Communicates and s checks with recruiters for final approval
Generates on-boarding/new hire paperwork, sends to new hires, and ensures accurate and timely completion
Verifies I-9 documentation, enters required information into E-Verify system and tracks for accuracy/compliance
Creates and maintains new employee files
Provides general administrative support to the team including but not limited to:
Coordinating internal/external meetings
Preparing/booking travel
Composing general correspondence
Supports office matters such as ordering supplies etc.
Assists in answering main office phone calls and greeting office guests
Other duties/projects maybe assigned as needed
Desired Characteristics:
Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university preferred
Previous recruiting and or HR experience helpful
Experience onboarding new employees highly desired
Experience working in internal HR recruiting (talent acquisition) department very helpful
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Uncanny ability to multitask
Ability to take initiative, adapt to changes, and deal with frequent and constant change
