Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the nightly operations of our hotel, ensuring exceptional guest service and accurate financial reporting.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the nightly audit process, reviewing and reconciling all daily transactions
- Welcome late-arriving guests and assist with check-ins
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
- Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activities
- Prepare and distribute daily reports to management
- Assist with early morning breakfast setup
Skills:
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Experience in guest services or front desk operations
- Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality management software
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures
