• Running your own jobsite with a helper.
• Creating comprehensive material lists.
• Directing the helper when you're not onsite.
• Demonstrating excellent troubleshooting and improvisation skills.
• Being able to take directions.

Requirements :

• We are looking for someone with a minimum of 5 years of experience, capable of handling various skilled labor tasks. These tasks include installing doors, windows, drywall, texture, painting, preparing shower pans for tiles, tiling floors, walls, and showers, installing click and hardwood flooring, leveling floors, and performing plumbing, electrical, and light HVAC work.
• You must have your own power tools and hand tools and be able to transport 4x8 sheets. We provide specialty tools such as tile saws, extension ladders, and large tools.
• Safety is our top priority, and we expect candidates to adhere strictly to safety regulations, ensuring a secure working environment for themselves and their colleagues.

All candidates must pass a drug test before employment.

• Punctuality, consistency, and a strong work ethic are essential qualities we value in our temporary laborers. Our projects have strict deadlines, requiring individuals who can deliver results within given timeframes.
• Considering the physical demands of construction work, candidates should possess the necessary physical strength, agility, and stamina for tasks like heavy lifting, operating machinery, and working in varying weather conditions.
• In addition, construction projects often demand quick thinking and creative problem-solving. We greatly appreciate individuals who can proactively identify and address challenges, ultimately contributing to efficient and effective project completion.
