What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fleet coordinator position at hawx?
Responsibilities
may include some or all of the following-
Work closely with our Fleet team associates and Operations personnel located in 22 branches, across 14 states in the US
Manage 450 vehicle fleet( owned, leased, approximately 100 short term rentals annually)
Analyze fleet data and make recommendations on fleet replacement cycles
Keep records up to date for all fleet related metrics, i.e. vehicle assignments, mileage, maintenance intervals, inventory etc.
Engage with vendors that include Fleet Management companies, Telematics providers, as well as Fuel card, Tolling, Upfitters, and Insurance companies
Support accident management, claims processing, engagement with claims adjusters and body shops, ensure reporting is 100% captured & accurate
Monitor vehicle registration and title requirements
Ensure State required vehicle inspections are managed and completed
Manage and maintain Fleet / Driver reporting and databases
Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers / vendors
Exemplify safe performance of job duties and adherence to safety policies and procedures.
Support General Managers when incidents occur to aid them through the incident process and ensure all incidents and near misses are reported accurately.
Perform other fleet related tasks as assigned.

EXPERIENCE & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
2 years of relevant fleet management experience (preferred)
Excellent communication
Excellent organizational skills

The ability to identify and seek out needed information
Knowledgeable of Google Suite software (preferred)
