Registered Nurse

Starting Pay Range: $38.00-$49.40, Depending on Experience

Job Summary:

• Utilizes the nursing process, for the performance of patient care, to assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care to achieve prioritized patient outcomes.
• Initiates assessment and reassessment based on the patient’s presenting problems/needs.
• Records pertinent initial and ongoing patient data to identify nursing priorities for care and desired outcomes/goals.
• Performs comprehensive nursing assessments in an efficient and effective manner.
• Collaborates with other health care providers to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care.
• Performs emergency treatment as required.
• Performs and maintains documentation.
• Promotes and ensures patient safety in performance of all responsibilities.
• Communicates and collaborates effectively with other health team members regarding patient condition, nursing plan of care, patient satisfaction needs and recommendations for meeting identified outcomes.
  
  

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

• BSN from four-year college or university or ADN program with minimum of one (1) year related experience and training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Current Colorado RN License
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC)
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
• Must possess required certifications or be able to obtain within 120 days.
