Responsibilities:
- assistant to owners when needed
- interaction with staff, vendors, visitors and clients
- office coordination of answering phones, organizing calendars, making appointments, contacting vendors
- scheduling staff meetings, appointments, tours and client sit-downs
- maintaining company calendars and other clerical responsibilities as required
- help team setup for events
- must be available to work (2) weekend events (Saturday or Sunday) per month from May-October
Health Insurance:
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 24 – 32 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (Required)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (Required)
