ENTRY LEVEL MAINTENANCE:
Hayloft Property Management is seeking an Entry Level Maintenance Technician to work for our Class A properties in the South Metro area of the Twin Cities.
THE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN IS PRIMARILY RESPONSIBLE FOR PERFORMING:
- General/preventive maintenance and repairs on all physical structures and certain facility equipment.
- Grounds maintenance in compliance with established safety rules, policies and procedures.
- General repairs in the apartments and common areas.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES CONTINUED:
- Painting apartments
- Completion of daily assigned work orders
- Inventory Control
ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE VERY HELPFUL BUT NOT REQUIRED:
- Plumbing
- Drywall
- Electrical
- Carpentry
- Pool and Spa Knowledge
