Haymarket Center is seeking a Care Coordinator to join our DuPage County team!


The Care Coordinator will work in the Drug Program Co-located inside of DuPage County Jail linking clients to treatment and other services upon release. The Care Coordinator provides individualized and evidence-based substance use recovery services to patients identified throughout the area. 

Requirements

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling or related field
  • Possess CADC certification
  • Two years-experience working with individuals with substance-use disorders
  • Experience facilitating therapeutic groups and working  with culturally diverse populations
  • Valid Illinois Driver’s License required
