Our Client is seeking a Jr. Salesforce Admin in Raleigh, NC / Hybrid.
Role Description
• Create and manage users, profiles, roles and permission sets in Salesforce
• Customize fields, page layouts, record types, reports and dashboards
• Develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
• Provide day to day end user support and assist users with best practices to improve and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
• Weekly operational duties in support of Salesforce, including de-duplication and other data quality tasks.
• Identify and evaluate new features and functionality related to Winter, Spring and Summer release management providing recommendations for process improvements
• Provide support for designated application systems.
Augment and facilitate the design, development, implementation of enhancements to existing business systems
• Provide the Information Security office with assistance in functional and technical areas of information security including such as analysis of logs, event data from a multitude of tools in the environment, and assist as needed in providing a remedial course of action to maintain a safe and secure operating environment for GPI
• Assist in conducting security assessments, and implementing security solutions to assist businesses with the assessment and improvement of GPI's security infrastructure
• Develop working relationships with a diverse group of business people and gain an understanding of the complex nature of the Company's business.
Maintain familiarity with the business plans of the Company and the departments serviced.
Remain knowledgeable of information technology and Company business operations.
Skills & Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent /or 4-year college degree in general or IT-Related field required.
Equivalent work experience considered.
• Demonstrated perceptual and analytical thinking
• A quick learner, with good technical and business acumen
• Effective and clear written and verbal communication skills
• Strong presentation skills in interacting with management and communicating functional vision
• Excellent critical thinking, organizational, analytical, and planning skills with good attention to detail
• Highly self-motivated and directed with the ability to juggle different tasks and effectively balance priorities
• Able to resolve problems in a timely manner with the ability to be flexible and work under changing priorities; comfortable with ambiguity
• Ability to identify deficiencies in technical work and implementation plans, and to identify schedule conflicts
• Business process mapping and flow charting expertise
• Tenacity to set and achieve complex objectives from multiple teams to meet business objective, and to effectively manage cross-functional resources
