Our Client is seeking a Technical Support in Kennesaw, GA.
Role Description
• Troubleshoot PC hardware, software, and printer problems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic office phone issues as well as supported phone software.
• Troubleshoot system access including basic network and server access problems.
• Remote control end users PC.
• PC Ghosting, Configuration, and deployment.
• Virus and malware removal.
• Handling inventory of PC hardware for an New Hire, Transfer, Termination.
• PC system maintenance and upgrades, basic PC refresh.
• PC inventory duties as required.
(Hardware and Software tracking)
• Basic support, troubleshoot and resolve issues with Yamaha mobile devices and our GOOD application.
• Assistance with documents, e-mail, internet, and VPN dial-in.
• Issues that cannot be addressed by the helpdesk are escalated accordingly.
• Set-up training classroom.
• Mobile device support - iTune, back-up and restore data and contacts.
Skills & Requirements
• 500 In-person user support (averaging 10 tickets daily)
• 5 years Tech Support (must be at a Sr. level)
• Break Fix (setting up laptops/desktops/printers/docking stations/cabling)
• Cisco VOIP desk phones
• Imaging/Refreshes
• Virus and malware removal.
• Application Support
• Setting up PC profiles
• ServiceNow
• Needs to have an open personality, great work ethic
• SCCM
• Office 365
• Microsoft Teams.
