Overview:

You will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources function of our organization. You will be responsible for assisting in the implementation and administration of HR policies, procedures, and programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and fostering a positive work environment for our employees. Key Responsibilities:

HR Administration:

·       Provide initial support to restaurant, office and HR team requests for assistance with HRIS errors, updates, reporting, employee records.

·       Assist with directing inquiries of payroll, benefit, Worker’s Compensation, and other general requests.

·       Provide regular and reoccurring reporting from various HR systems.

·       Respond to state and federal statistic reporting.

Unemployment Administration:

·       Respond to initial claims data processing and filing.

·       Partner with HR Management and Field Leaders to answer and participate in Unemployment appeal hearings.

Recruitment and Onboarding:

·       Coordinate recruitment efforts by being a point of contact for field team for troubleshoot system issues, errors, and general support.

Employee Engagement:

·       Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and morale, such as organizing team-building activities, recognition programs, and employee feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience in human resources roles, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.

·       Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

·       Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

·       Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities.

·       Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
