Dining Room Manager
Year-round position
The dining room manager will be responsible for, but not limited to:
-Supervising and managing all dining room employees including servers, bussers, and bartenders.
-Ensuring that the dining room is clean, organized and always presentable.
-Hiring, training and scheduling dining room staff as well as monitoring performance.
-Managing inventory of supplies and ordering when necessary.
-Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service to guests, while maintaining knowledge of the menu items and staying updated on any menu changes.
-Handling customer complaints and ensuring guest satisfaction.
-maximizing efficiency and quality of service by making suggestions if you see fit.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
-At least 2-3 years of experience as a dining room manager or similar position.
-Solid understanding of restaurant operations and management
-An ability to lead and motivate a team of employees.
-Excellent communication skills and customer service skills.
-Eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of organization and cleanliness.
-Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
Salary based on credentials.
