What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Support Representative position at HB Group?
The Client Support Representative is responsible for bridging the gap between our newest clients and customers in the local area. This position will be responsible for meeting directly with prospective customers and driving the revenue generation for our clients through residential outreach initiatives.
Responsibilities of an Entry Level Client Support Representative:
- Effectively support business operations through strategic outreach and sales campaigns
- Train with our senior level business Trainees to gain full comprehension of our client’s campaign, business initiatives, growth opportunities, and core structure
- Partake in all virtual conference calls and attend onsite trainings to understand the proper procedures, policies, and basic fundamentals of pet grooming
- Develop technical skills pertaining to all products and services
- Enhance the customer experience through positive interaction and personalized presentations
- Collaborate with fellow team members on effective ways to overall improve business operations and increase the campaign’s progress

Client Support Representative Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent certifications required
- Experience in a leadership or management role preferred
- 0-3 years of experience working or volunteering in any business related field or industry
- Must be comfortable working directly with team members and Trainees
- Must be able to attend in-person meetings and trainings at our local office Monday-Friday
