HB Law is hiring! Our Norman, Oklahoma civil litigation firm continues to experience exciting and strategic growth. We are currently looking to fill the role of Legal Secretary/Office Manager. This position will involve case/client inquiries and intake, frequent filing runs in courthouses throughout Oklahoma, preparing letters, demands, pleadings, discovery, exhibits, and other documents, handling incoming/outgoing mail, scheduling meetings, depositions, and mediations, and general oversight of office function and supplies. Ideal candidates will be extraordinarily detail oriented, organized, and self-motivated. Law firm experience is preferred and experience/interest in social media marketing/management is a plus!
