Introduction

As the Data Coordinator, you will be responsible for EMR data abstraction, EDC data capture, assisting with adverse events/serious adverse event reporting and study queries. You will ensure all activities are conducted according to company SOPs, and all applicable GCP and ICH regulations and guidelines.

Job Summary and Qualifications

  • You will support data entry activities to meet study data needs and deadlines
  • You will conduct data abstraction from diverse sources
  • You will obtain source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trials and data registry and maintain the Data Registry
  • You will assist with Data validation, conflict resolution, and quality assurance, supporting the Clinical Project Manager to meet industry trial data deadlines
  • You will obtain source documentation for patients enrolled into clinical trial
  • You will assist Clinical Project Manager with case report form completion and assist the Clinical Project Manager with query resolution
  • You will assist in SAE reporting and tracking
  • You will create and maintain patient visit tracking spreadsheets for Clinical Project Manager
  • You will develop and maintain file management and collaboration systems (eg, MySCRI portal) and maintain the study monitor calendar
  • You will initiate improvements, tools, processes, and forms to enhance the efficiency and quality of work in Health Economics and Research Outcomes team

For the position, you must have:

  • High School Diploma (GED)
  • At least 1 year experience in clinical research
  • Must be able to present and communicate to various lines of business
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Data analysis experience

It is preferred that you have:

  • At least 2 years of experience providing data analysis t in a business/healthcare setting
  • EMR data abstraction experience
  • EDC data capture experience
  • Oncology experience
