Position Summary & Responsibilities:
The RN – House Supervisor - accepts all admissions to the hospital and assures the patient is assigned to a unit/be appropriate for their needs. In the absence of the Unit Managers/Directors, the Supervisor manages the staffing on each unit. The Supervisor coordinates any patient transfers between units or facilities. In the absence of other Department Director, the Supervisor manages all patient, physician or employee issues/concerns. The Administrative Supervisor is in charge of all hospital activities in the absence of a member of the Administrative staff.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing and RN TX license or compact license
3-5 years experience as a staff nurse in the clinical area.
Five years of clinical Experience. ICU experience preferred.
Documented clinical knowledge and skills.
Previous supervisory experience preferred.
