Job Summary and Qualifications
The Training Manager responsibility is to organize, design and deliver training and education programs for recruitment team members. Work with division and recruitment subject matter experts to develop training programs for recruitment related tasks and tactics. Scheduling needs and opportunities as they emerge. Lead the efforts of teams and individuals in the efficient and effective development, maintenance and delivery of educational programs and initiatives.
As a highly strategic department representative, the training manager must demonstrate management skills and behaviors as they influence and work collaboratively with team members and leadership across all divisions.

· Provides overall strategy and direction for all Health Park Training Center events on a daily basis.
· Manages the day-to-day operations of the Health Park Training Center to include scheduling space, meeting client expectations for technical and videoconferencing equipment and support, coordinate with Health Park security for badge and parking needs, and collaborate with on-site vendors to ensure excellent catering service, cleanliness of Training Center rooms, and general maintenance needs.
· Collaborates with Communications team on marketing and communication content to support Training Center events for various groups using a variety of design and delivery methods.
· Maintains presence with clients to assure attention and follow through on all details of meeting requirements, last minute adjustments as needed, and prompt problem-solving and resolution of any unforeseen issues.
· Works directly with Health Park Training Center users to provide efficient, personalized planning, service and set-up
· Responsible for setting up and/or moving tables and chairs to accommodate requested room configuration.
· Serves as the point of contact for all Health Park special events regarding space usage in Training Center and Health Park café seating area, coordinates with HR and the EEC on planning and execution of events.
· Evaluates the quality of service, takes remedial action when needed, and makes authoritative recommendations regarding the selection of such services.
· Ensures that Training Center facilities are used in accordance with safety codes, administrative regulations and conditions of use.
· Develops and maintains policies and procedures relating to the operation of the Health Park Training Center.
· Responsible for communication with Health Park clients that contact the office via phone, personal visit or website, and assisting the client with their needs.
· Responsible for maintaining Conference Center inventory including furniture and AV. Includes providing a yearly inventory, building a business case for new or enhanced needs, and working with third party vendors for quotes and scheduling of repairs.
· Strive to improve current operations by identifying inefficiencies and recurring problems, and by making suggestions to the Director of Facility and Office Operations.
· Organize, schedule and conduct annual and ad hoc conference center needs assessment as input to the Health Park facility.
· Manage activities to meet timeline and budget expectations, managing issues and proactively mitigating risks; communicate the status of departmental activities to the Director of Facility and Office Operations.
· Strategize and coordinate with the management team to integrate conference center availability and operational improvements into the existing Health Park facility.
· Work closely with Health Park Training Center users to assure facility, marketing, and catering meet the needs of targeted audiences; analyze and report on conference center effectiveness; recommend and integrate improvement strategies based on findings.
· Demonstrate professional and appropriate interpersonal communication with staff of all levels.
· Maintain current knowledge of all office operations, job specific requirements and related regulations.
· Provide expertise and assistance to Health Park Training Center users, team members, and other locations, as needed.

· Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field preferred. Equivalent work experience may substitute education requirements.
EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum three years’ experience in related area preferred.
