Job Summary and Qualifications
Job Summary
The Youth Development Coach is responsible for implementation and execution of the Youth Development/Child Watch program through creative ideas and excellent service to our members. In this capacity, the Youth Development Coach provides care and supervision of members' children while the parent/member remains on-site and engaged in fitness activities. Children are grouped by age-range of 6 weeks to 6 years, or 7 years to 13 years
What qualifications you will need:
- Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent
- Required License: None
- Required Experience: Current certification in CPR and First Aid or equivalent or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire. Strong interpersonal skills. 1 year prior experience caring for children
- This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
