WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE Beck is looking for a talented Marketing Manager to support an extraordinary team in Denver, Colorado. Responsibilities Include: Proposals and Quals – research submittal go-bys; attend pre-bids; schedule and lead kick-off call; develop and manage submittal layout; ensure submittal compliance with client requirements; coach team on pursuit best practices; coordinate subcontractor information per submittal; coordinate and track final delivery and distribution; lead internal team and external debriefs Interviews – schedule and lead prep meetings leading up to interview; coach team on presentation best practices; create PPT deck and leave behinds; research client attendees; internal and external debriefs Write, edit, and file content related to all marketing material (resumes, project descriptions, boilerplate material, graphics, photography, client information) Provide editing and QC for other marketing professional’s work Attend industry and client events Assist in development of regional marketing plans Support and lead national marketing objectives Assist Business Development efforts with competitor analysis, client strategy, conducting web research Provide marketing support for other areas of the company, all marketing staff, and offices outside of region Assist in training of junior marketing staff Conference management – secure speaking roles and sponsorships CRM oversight – user admin; consultant coordination Plan and coordinate special events with external partners Research local market to monitor economics and identify key people, trends and project opportunities Track, develop and submit regional firm rankings Trusted Advisor management – Cosential updates, regional client gifts, etc. Workload management for team - coordinating of marketing requests and tracking Organize training for team Management of close-out reports Member of professional / community organization Qualifications for Consideration into this Position Bachelor’s degree with 10-15 years of experience required Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop and Acrobat Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Working knowledge of marketing databases and proposal resources files Must have solid written (grammar) communication skills including writing, proofing and editing Must be comfortable meeting multiple project deadlines simultaneously Possess excellent organizational skills, diligent with time management, detail-oriented and have the ability to creatively problem solve Beck Benefits Retirement plan and 401(k) matching Career Paths to aid in your development Flexible spending accounts Holidays and paid time off Medical, vision and dental insurance coverage that starts day one of employment Wellness program, including flu shots and biometric screenings Additional Salary Information: https://48093d6311.nxcli.net/451715716-2/ Physical Demands: Frequently required to sit, stand, and move about the office; frequently moving outdoors may be required; ability to lift and carry large plans or boxes in excess of 10 lbs; frequently operates a computer and other office equipment; ability to coordinate and participate in client meetings; constantly communicates with project team and related parties; ability to adhere to timely and consistent attendance.
