Job Description:
1. IT Desktop Support and Team Management in Client Facing Roles. This position Leads IT Deskside staff with technical support or desktop/laptop computers, applications, printers and related technologies. High Level role to Lead, coordinate and assist the desktop support technicians. Manage the day to day activities of the support technicians and provide technical support, training and guidance to staff. Assumes duties as a desktop support technician when assigned. Desktop support engineer with at least 2 years or relevant experience.
2. Well versed in providing support for Win10 Microsoft environment.
3. Well versed in providing support for Microsoft Office suite.
4. Well versed in providing hardware troubleshooting and break/fix skills for HP laptops and desktops.
5. Professional demeanor and presentable appearance (working in a bank environment, so noticeable tattoos or piercings are not acceptable).
6. Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn with enthusiasm for helping others.
7. Phone support experience necessary.
8. Technical helpdesk or technical call center experience is necessary.
9. Disciplined, systematic problem solving skills required.
10. Windows and Novell Operating systems
11. Clients: Windows7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000
12. Servers: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008,
13. Knowledge of Active Directory, Novell eDirectory, Lotus Notes and Exchange 2003/2007
14. ITSM ticketing tools such as Remedy, HP Service Center, Peregrine Service Center
15. Remote desktop connectivity applications like SMS, Bomgar, WebEx, Live Meeting, and Windows Native tools
16. MS Office Suite (XP, 2003, 2007): MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, MS-Outlook, MS Project, and MS Visio
