Registered Nurse Supervisor for a full-time position in a Skilled Nursing Facility ***FREE PARKING & $7,500 SIGN ON BONUS*** HCP Talent is collaborating with a Skilled Nursing Facility (360 beds) in the Brooklyn, NY that is looking for an Registered Nurse Supervisor to join their team.

• Evening (2pm-10pm) and Night (10pm-6am) shift available

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Lead clinical team in managing care of all clinically unstable patients to ensure optimum care is provided in-house and unnecessary hospitalizations avoided.
• Lead interdisciplinary team in receiving all new admissions into the facility. Ensure optimal care is provided and that patients and families have a great first impression.
• Lead and problem solve any clinical and administrative emergencies that arise on the tour.
• Support staff through education and leadership. Hold staff accountable when necessary.
• Act on behalf of the leadership team providing great coaching and customer service to patients, families, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Valid NYS RN License
• Experience in Long-Term care (1 year required)
• 2 years of Nursing experience required
• Leadership and communication Skills
