We are looking for an individual who will be responsible for educating the community on the importance of blood donations, growing our blood donor base through developing new and cultivating existing blood drive groups in Berks, Chester, and Montgomery counties. This individual will manage the recruitment of blood donors by building partnerships with local organizations including businesses, churches, community organizations, and government entities.
Experiences:
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Sales experience preferred
- Community Outreach preferred
- Customer Service- a minimum of 4 years required.

PAY and BONUSES:
- Starting at 44,464.00

- New Hire Bonuses: You will be eligible to receive, upon completion of 180 days of service, and successfully passing probation, a $500 retention bonus. Upon completion of 365 days of service, you will receive an additional $500. Total of $1,000 over one year of employment service.
