DAP Global Inc. has an immediate need for a Recruiter to staff several hourly manufacturing roles. The Contract Recruiter will work closely with the plant HR Manager and Corporate HR Director. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled recruiter who is results-driven, proactive and assertive. This assignment is expected to last 2 – 3 months.
Responsibilities
- Work with HR Manager to understand the job qualifications and profile of ideal candidates
- Review resumes and conduct phone screens of existing pool of applicants
- Schedule interviews
- Develop creative sourcing strategies
- Understand DAP’s benefits in order to brand the Company as employer of choice
- Solicit feedback from interviewers and candidates after interviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years’ experience recruiting for hourly manufacturing roles.
- High volume recruiting experience; experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent execution and follow-up
