What are the responsibilities and job description for the Call Room Supervisor position at HD Water NJ?
Here at HD Water NJ, we specialize in water treatment and air purification. We provide in-home water testing and filtration solutions to homeowners throughout northern and central NJ. Our Call Center is responsible for booking appointments for our sales department. We are currently seeking an experienced supervisor to oversee the training and production of the Call Center and its representatives.
Responsibilities:
Interview, train, and supervise Call Center appointment setters
Data entry
Manage lead sources and dispatch appointments to our water technicians
Hold weekly meetings with appointment setters to review performance and facilitate progress and growth
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
