Responsibilities for a Solar Sales Representative:
- Represent the Headline Solar brand standard
- Go through Headline Solar University (provided)
- Provide the highest quality sales experience
- Always keep your goals in mind and shoot higher than necessary - be excellent
- Continuing education
- Provide proactive customer service
Qualifications for a Solar Sales Representative:
- Great communication skills
- Positive attitude & mentality
- Self-motivated but still teachable
- Capable of working well under pressure
- Maintain excellent communication skills
- Able to perform without micromanagement
- Able to multitask, problem-solve, and prioritize
- Must be available for evenings and Saturdays, if necessary
- 18 years or Older
- Have transportation
