About the Role


The HeadSpin team is looking for an ambitious Sales Leader/Manager to join our team and

accelerate HeadSpin growth. As our Sales Manager, you will manage HeadSpin’s sales in the APAC region. This role requires 5 years of SaaS sales experience in Application and Web testing, Automation and performance management . The ideal candidates will have a strong professional network across APAC as well as experience leading sales organizations regionally including managing sales executives, quota management, forecasting and results against plan.

What You'll Do

 

Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and grow customer base within the APAC region

Establish new customer accounts; build maintain and prioritize customer relationships

Meet/exceed annual sales targets

Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

Effectively communicate HS product presentations and value propositions

Effectively articulate what sets HeadSpin apart from its competitors

Understand the market and current trends

Hire, Lead and Mentor a regional Sales team



What You Need


  •       5 years of SaaS sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  •       Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  •       Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  •       Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  •       Previous experience hiring and managing sales executives
  •       BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
