Job Summary
HeadsUp Healthcare is patient-first specialty managed care company for injured workers focusing exclusively on above the neck injuries. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Track billable services rendered with no bills received and contact providers to collect missing bills.
- Accurately and completely document all communications.
- Educate provider offices on the correct ways to submit bills.
- Analyze appointments to determine if a bill is required.
- Coordinate and upload incoming bills as necessary for distribution to Finance Dept.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required skills and abilities:
- Ability to work well individually and in a team environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Analytical ability with adept research skills
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Must be able to multi-task, follow procedures and have active listening skills
- Bi-lingual is a plus
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Outlook and all MSOffice essentials
Education/Experience
- Contact Center experience a plus
- High School Diploma or GED
