Job Description:
We are looking for a hardworking and reliable Sr. HR administrator to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

The Sr. HR administrator position, reporting to the VP, Human Resources, will provide support by performing a variety of tasks involving managing employee data, being the point of contact for external partners, and benefits administration.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact with external partners, such as third party administrators and insurance brokers.
- Answer employee queries about benefits, people or HR-related issues.
- Organize and maintain employee records, enter new data, and update previous employee data in internal HR databases.
- Manage and run the HRIS, ensuring up-to-date information on all employees.
- Review, revise, and update company policies when needed.
- Oversee maintenance of employee benefits files, maintain group benefits portal and update employee payroll records.
- Coordinate transfer of data to external contacts for services, premiums, and plan administration.
- Oversee and be the point of contact with our third party administrator for all leaves of absence.
- Ensure compliance with applicable government regulations. Ensure timeliness and accuracy of required reporting and fees.
- Coordinate daily benefits processing. Handle enrollments, COBRA, terminations, changes, beneficiaries, disability,
- Perform plan audits. Prepare, collect and organize data for actuarial assessments and billing.
- Assist in designing and distributing materials for benefits orientations, open enrollment and summary plan descriptions.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Apple products, HRIS and benefits databases.
- Superb attention to detail
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment with associates.
- Effective planning and priority setting. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Organizational skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 3 years experience in an administrative role
