Role Description

This is an on-site role for a Marketing Specialist at Healing Medical & Aesthetics. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing social media marketing campaigns, implementing digital marketing strategies, analyzing web analytics, and executing online marketing initiatives. This role will also involve effective communication and collaboration with various teams within the organization to align marketing efforts.

Duties:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Oversee all marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities
- Manage the company's digital presence including SEO, email marketing, and performance marketing
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Utilize Google Analytics to track website traffic and user engagement
- Coordinate print advertising campaigns and other promotional activities

Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
- Proven experience in marketing, advertising, or sales

- Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing skills
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and HTML5
- Experience in developing and implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,868.30 per year
