Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a new team member for a position within our Marketing Department, to assist and work side by side with our Marketing Team. You will assist in the planning, management, implementation, execution, and coordination of various marketing aspects for our websites, social media pages, and online marketplaces, such as eBay, Amazon, Wal-Mart, etc. You will provide assistance in a variety of areas such as setting up promotions and deals among other things. You will also assist other members of the Marketing Department in strategy meetings to discuss and help plan bigger picture projects. Significant room for advancement. Responsibilities
- Manage & schedule of E-commerce advertisements and promotions
- Help optimize product pages on various web properties
- Help track and analyze the ROI of marketing and promotional activity
- Assist in the creation of new product listings on all eCommerce Marketplaces such as: Amazon, Walmart, eBay, and others, as well as our current in-house websites
- Helping evaluate customer research, market conditions, and competitor data
- Assist in researching and evaluating new marketing information and ideas online as directed by the Marketing Director
- Gather and help develop social content and schedule social media posts on an ongoing basis
- Updating marketing and product content on our websites, blogs, and social media pages
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Assisting other members of the Marketing Team with various tasks & projects as necessary
Preferred skills and experience:
- 1 -2 years of experience in Digital Marketing
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative
- Successfully manage multiple priorities
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Strong computer and internet research skills are a must (Excel, Word, Google Documents, and email)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Has a basic understanding of html
- Understanding of common Social Media platforms including: Facebook, Instagram is a must
- Must have an entrepreneurial mindset, by taking initiative and being responsible and accountable
- Experience in a wide range of areas including product marketing, building brand awareness and market research
- Must be creative and have excellent time management skills
