- Orientation will be held at Providence Medford Medical Center in the Lucille Tremblay Room. 840 Royal Ave. Medford, OR 97504.

- 2024 orientation dates: 01/02, 01/16, 02/20, 03/19, 04/16, 05/21, 06/18, 07/16, 08/20, 09/17, 10/22, 11/05, 12/17
- Charting System - Epic
- Medication System - Pyxis
- Separation Policy - 3-month separation
- - 1yr acute care hospital experience
- - BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA) certifications
- - 2 References required within 12 months of start date
- - EPIC experience required
- Orientation details provided including specific dates throughout the year
- A requirement of more references may be required during onboarding
